Want to learn how to can but worried you missed canning season? Never fear! Alamance County Extension is partnering up with Alamance Parks and Be Healthy Now to offer two fall canning classes. Space is limited for both classes, so sign up today!

Fall into Canning with Be Healthy Now
Saturday, September 22, 2018 10 a.m. – noon
For this class, we will be using the amazing teaching kitchen at the Alamance County Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC). We’ll go over the basics of canning and use the water bath method to make spiced apples. This class is free, but registration is required.
