3/21/2020:

As of 3/21/2020, 10:30 a.m.: 5,276 SARS-CoV-2 tests were performed in NC, and 184 people were tested positive for the virus. No COVID-19 related death case has been reported. NCDHHS Coronavirus Information Page

As of 3/21/2020, 3:14 p.m.: 298,293 people are currently known to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 world-wide! 12,755 deaths related to COVID-19 are reported worldwide. World-Wide GIS Tracker SARS-CoV-2 (John Hopkins University).

NC County Extension Center Updates:

N.C. Cooperative Extension County centers are available to assist your community. In most counties, offices are still open, but with limitations. People can reach out through email, phone call (voicemail if the call is not answered), and other technical methods. An appointment is needed in some counties.
