Collapse ▲The fall 4-H plant sale for 2021 has begun! The sale will last through October 22 and pickup dates will be November 4 and 5.
If you are planning to plant apples, blackberries, figs, muscadines, pecans, and/or plums this year, we would appreciate it you would consider buying from 4-H during this seasonal fundraiser.
We have a slightly different ordering process for this sale. There has been a tremendous demand for fruit plants this year, and producers are quickly selling down their inventories. We have reserved a number of each variety of plant we’re offering. Please call us at 336-570-6740 before you send us your order and payment so we can be sure we’re not selling more than we have on reserve!
We will also have touch-free pickups again this season. We’ll let you know the procedure for that as we get closer to pickup dates.
And be sure to watch for the October issue of the Alamance Gardener to learn more about growing fruit plants.
Thank you, as always, for supporting 4-H!
