Meet Sarah Maddry, Alamance County’s new 4-H Agent.

Sarah MaddrySarah is a native of Alamance County. She attended Southern Alamance High School where she found her passion for agriculture and youth programming. She went on to attend NC State University where she graduated with a Bachelors in Science in Agriculture Business Management in 2020. Sarah is currently working towards her Masters Degree in Agriculture and Extension Education at NC State.

Before joining Alamance 4-H, Sarah worked in Orange County as the 4-H Program Assistant. Some of Sarah’s favorite 4-H activities are horse and livestock events, leadership programs, and residential camp! When she isn’t working, Sarah can be found playing with her two dogs or spending time with her family at Kerr Lake.
