4-H Dairy Calf Project Interest Meeting

Join us for an interest meeting to provide information about an upcoming Dairy Heifer Project.  This project is open to youth ages 5-18 as of January 1, 2024.  The 8 week project will start the week of June 10 and conclude with a dairy show in Johnston County on August 8.  No previous livestock experience is required!  The dairy calves are provided and housed at a farm in Alamance County.
The location of the meeting is the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Alamance County Center located at

209-C N. Graham-Hopedale Rd. Burlington, NC 27217.
Those who attend the interest meeting will receive the sign-up form for the Dairy Calf Project 24 hours in advance of it being sent out via email marketing and social media.  *This project's capacity is 12 youth.*
