Application, Interview, Resume, Essay (AIRE) is a college and career prep program for teens ages 14-18. Each year, teens across the state submit their application, participate in mock interviews, create a resume, and write an essay. As part of the application process, youth select a national trip they would prefer to attend if they are selected.

This year, Noah Snyder was selected to attend National 4-H Congress in November 2024. National Congress will be held in Atlanta, Georgia. While there, he will have the opportunity to grow as a leader, attend workshops and team building classes, explore Atlanta, and network with other 4-H members from North Carolina and across the country.
