Alamance County 4-H’ers, Aiden Kernodle and Hope Andrews qualified and made the State 4-H Livestock Teams for North Carolina this year.  Aiden competed on the Livestock Judging Team and Hope was on the Skillathon and Quiz Bowl Teams.  Hope and Aiden have been actively involved in the Alamance County 4-H Youth Livestock (livestock judging, skillathon and quiz bowl) program since 2015 where they have earned numerous state awards.

Earlier this week, they competed at the North American International Livestock Expo (NAILE) in Kentucky with teammates from other NC counties. We are so excited to announce that Hope placed 5th overall as an individual for the Livestock Quiz Bowl contest and the NC team finished 5th overall in Quiz Bowl!  The NC team finished 10th overall in Livestock Skillathon and 10th overall in Livestock Judging!  We are so proud of our Alamance County 4-H'ers and their teammates!!
