Job Description Provides leadership for the total 4-H program in Alamance County and is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating programs. Develops and maintains 4-H clubs, special interest programs, and school enrichment programs. Responsibilities include supervision and recruitment of program staff, training and management of volunteer staff, evaluating and reporting impacts of program efforts. We strive to "make the best better" in Alamance County 4-H.
