About the Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) program

Food is the common thread that ties our lives together - we all eat! Family and Consumer Sciences agent Sara Roscoe works with Alamance County citizens of all ages in the areas of nutrition, food safety, and home food preservation. With cooking demonstrations, hands-on workshops, 4-H camps and more, there's something for everyone in Family and Consumer Sciences.
