Yoga is an ancient physical and mental practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and mind. Today it is practiced in various forms around the world and continues to grow in popularity. Yoga is a powerful tool to deal with the stress of uncertainty and isolation, as well as to maintain physical well-being.
Join us on June 10, 2021, 6–6:45 p.m., for a beginner session focusing on 8-10 core yoga poses and the 4-H yoga curriculum. Leave knowing how to do the 4-H pledge in yoga poses.
