Alamance County 4-H is hosting a Red Cross blood drive on August 29, and you are invited to donate!

Who can you help by donating blood? People who have been in accidents, burn patients, people undergoing surgeries, people with chronic diseases, people with sickle cell anemia, and cancer patients all depend on there being a steady supply of donated blood. Learn more about the importance of donations at the Red Cross site.

The drive on August 29 is from 1 to 6 p.m. in the auditorium of the Ag Building, 209 N. Graham-Hopedale Road, Burlington, 27217. All blood types are needed.
