Looking for more ways to spend time together as a family?
4-H Healthy Living has an exciting new opportunity for youth ages 7+ and their families. In March, we will be holding our first ever “Health Habits Family Weekend!”
This is an exciting virtual event for families to experience a holistic approach to food and nutrition education with these activities:
- Hands to Seed: Safety & Sanitation
- Seed to Sprouts: Growing Good Food & Parts of Plants
- Sprouts to Harvest: Filling MyPlate
- Harvest to Fork: Cooking Up Confidence
Mark your calendars! A fabulous team of facilitators is excited to see you on March 13th and 14th. There will be fun challenges, webinars, and at-home activities for you to bond together as a family.
When you register you’ll receive a kit in the mail with supplies to help you along the way. Each participant will also receive a copy of Cooking Up Confidence, a 4-H interactive cookbook!
Tickets are $5 each and we have a limited number available.
